We are seeking a fresh or experienced Quality/Production Supervisor & Leader to join our dynamic team. As a full-time Supervisor/leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality/warehouse/production operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across the area.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage a team of quality or warehouse, or production personnel
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards
• Oversee the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, including inventory management and logistics
• Coordinate and direct production activities to meet targets and deadlines
• Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
• Provide leadership, training, and support to your team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and quality control

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or quality control supervisory role
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control techniques and production planning
• Proficient in interpreting and applying production data and quality metrics
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and analytical skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide the production team
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• SPM/ STPM/O level/Foundation/Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Management
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to deal with China Counterpart)
• Able to work independently in fast‑paced, matrix, or regional/global settings
• Able to support shifts (Morning & Night shifts).
