Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

To provide direction and leadership in guiding housekeeping firms supervisors in allocating work and roster duties for personnel and ensure efficient time management to maximize productivity.

To coordinate with other department in performing work requirements as and when required.

To liaise with all tenants on cleanliness/pest control or housekeeping matters.

To ensure cleanliness of the mall is in satisfying condition to management standards.

To ensure legal compliance of all job requirements and related status.

Job Competence Profile:

At least 1-2 years working experience in housekeeping role.

Good people skills with ability to communicate to all workers.

Discipline with good attendance record.

Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem solving environment.
