Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on production experience in electrical or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production manpower and monitor production plans.
• Coordinate with Production Admin, Warehouse, and QA/QC on production activities.
• Perform periodic maintenance and repairs on production machines.
• Prepare and submit daily production and OT reports.
• Provide training to production workers.
• Carry out monthly stock take at the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production manpower, tooling, and material receiving, including first article preparation, to monitor and achieve production plans, output targets, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production Admin, Warehouse, and QA/QC on all production activities.
• Perform periodic maintenance and repairs on production machines when necessary.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports, OT reports, and any other required documentation.
• Provide necessary training to production workers.
• Carry out monthly stock take at the production line.
• Perform any tasks assigned by the superior.
