Warehouse Supervisor or Executive (Senai, Johor)

Maintain accurate inventory levels, advise on imports and exports, and ensure proper inventory management.

Track and maintain inventory records, and order supplies as needed.

Ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment and comply with all safety regulations.

Supervise, motivate, and delegate tasks to warehouse staff while resolving conflicts effectively.

Conduct regular equipment maintenance and safety training for operators.

Analyze shipment logs, review delivery timeliness, and suggest productivity improvements.

Allocate personnel and accomplish tasks efficiently within deadlines.

Optimize processes by reducing turnaround times, improving inventory accuracy, and minimizing waste.

Communicate expectations clearly to employees and collaborate with team members.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in relevant courses.

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
