Job description

As a Warehouse Supervisor at NII HOLDINGS SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution facility in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. This full-time position will see you lead a team of dedicated warehouse workers, ensuring efficient and effective stock management, order fulfilment and logistics coordination.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel to ensure productivity, safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels, identify storage and handling needs, and implement appropriate strategies to optimize warehouse operations.

Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehousing activities with the broader supply chain.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.

Provide training and mentorship to warehouse staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in inventory management, order processing and warehouse management systems.
