Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Assist with minor renovation and fixture works.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and respond to daily repair requests.
• Support the Building Manager and contractors when needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps and lifts.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance and log daily activities.
• Support emergency repairs and liaise with contractors.

We are looking for dedicated and experienced personnel to join our building maintenance and technical team. The following positions are open:

Job Scope

• Perform general repair and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Assist with minor renovation or fixture works
• Handle basic troubleshooting and respond to daily repair requests
• Support the Building Manager and contractors when needed
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems (pumps, motor systems, lifts, etc.)
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance
• Monitor equipment performance and log daily activities
• Support emergency repairs and liaise with contractors

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards
• Prepare reports, supervise electrical works, and renew licenses
