Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a motivated insurance sales representative. The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies, or Marketing, and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the financial industry. Responsibilities include selling insurance products and developing client relationships. The position offers a full-time contract with a salary range of MYR 2,200 to MYR 2,800 per month.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience preferably in marketing or sales in the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Selling insurance products using solid and engaging presentations.
- Developing productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
Skills
Education
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies & Marketing.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience preferably in marketing or sales in financial industry.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Selling insurance products using solid and engaging presentation to companies and prospective customers; promote all types group affinity insurance solutions or suggest additions to new and existing customers.
- Develop productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources such as personal selling, networking, cold calling and referrals.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with prospect clients to foster future sales.
- Report the progress of daily/weekly/monthly initiatives to team leaders.
- Maintain sales logs, database and records.
Contract
Full-Time
MYR 2,200 - MYR 2,800 /Month
MYR 10,000 - MYR 17,000 /Month
