Job summary
A logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage materials and inventory. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and experience in a similar role, ensuring accurate stock records and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include receiving and issuing materials, conducting stock counts, and maintaining a clean store room. Interested candidates must be physically fit and disciplined, following company rules during working hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
- Ability to read and write basic reports.
- Physically fit to handle materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and store materials in the store room.
- Maintain accurate stock records (inward and outward).
- Issue materials as per authorized requests.

- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or damages
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and cleanliness of the store room
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- No personal phone or social media use during working hours
- SPM & Diploma certificate (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and documentation
- Ability to read and write basic reports
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Physically fit to handle materials
- Willing to follow company rules and instructions
