• Prepare daily activity for indirect material
• To carry out all administration work related to manufacturing operation.
• To direct and co-ordinate the activities of allocated area of the plant or line total production function
• To cooperate with the superior
• Any other job assigned by the superior from time to time
• To observe Safety, Good Housekeeping & Discipline Control
• To practice Cost Saving Exercise

Accountability

• To ensure all day to day jobs are completed
• To come out with weekly and monthly report on production
• To report to the superior for any abnormalities related to the job

Requirements

• At least 1‑2 year of experience and knowledge in PC
• Able to communicate, write in Bahasa & English and Mandarin
• Able to use computer and familiar with MS Office – Words/Excel/Powerpoint
• To adhere and compliance of ISO9001 quality system requirement
• Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyse data
