Full-time Assistant Manager / Manager - Imaging at OSC Orthopaedic Specialist Center, Subang Jaya, Selangor

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of imaging procedures, maintaining optimal utilisation of equipment and resources
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols related to medical imaging
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the imaging technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and patient experience of the imaging services
  • Collaborate closely with the medical and administrative teams to coordinate patient care and address any imaging-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, and generate relevant reports as required
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within a medical imaging or healthcare setting
  • Thorough understanding of medical imaging modalities, equipment, and related procedures
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in medical imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals and patients
