Responsibilities

• Conduct PM activities and servicing of equipment.
• Maintain and service electrical & mechanical installations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping.
• Maintain a healthy and safe working condition.
• Perform local fabrication and modification activities.
• Report writing for breakdown and servicing.
• Execute inspections according to maintenance schedule.
• Improve repair job performance to reduce machine repair time.
• Assist superior in work planning, data collection, and machine monitoring.
• Report any equipment abnormalities to superior.

Job description

To conduct, implement, carry out and monitor maintenance jobs as planned or requested such as services, repairs and fabrications in order to maintain production equipment to its original performance.

JOB CONTENT

• To conduct PM activities and servicing of equipment.
• To maintain and service electrical & mechanical installation.
• To keep up a proper housekeeping.
• To ensure a healthy and safe working condition in workplace.
• To perform local fabrication and modification activities.
• To carry out any task assigned by superior. Report writing for breakdown and servicing.
• To ensure all equipment are in good and running condition from time to time.
• To execute all inspection referring to maintain schedule.
• To improve repair job performance by reducing machine repair time.
• To assist superior in planning of work, data collection and machine monitoring when required.
• Ensure all machine are in good and safe working condition and report to superior if any abnormalities found.
• To follow strictly company activities, policies, regulation and guidelines.
• To service and repair equipment referring to preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance requirement.
• To assist project members as instructed by superior as and when required to do so.
• Run treatment process as required. Advice chemical usage of the plant and ensure safety measures has been taken in order to handle chemical.

Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land.
