Job summary
A leading aesthetic clinic in Malaysia is searching for a Training Manager to create and enhance training programs for staff. The role involves conducting workshops and coaching to ensure adherence to SOPs, enhance knowledge of products and services, and foster high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in beauty and skincare, proven training experience, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in beauty/aesthetic clinics, with at least 2 years in training or supervisory roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for beauticians or salon staff.
- Proficiency in beauty treatments, skincare, and aesthetic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Design and update training modules for technical skills and customer service.
- Conduct workshops and on-the-job coaching to ensure SOP compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in beauty and skincare, proven training experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills to develop a skilled and motivated team.
- Training Program Development: Design and update training modules for technical skills, customer service, and SOP compliance.
- Staff Competency: Conduct workshops, practical sessions, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure all beauticians follow clinic SOPs.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Train staff on new products, treatments, and equipment.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate staff performance post‑training and provide feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and update training based on clinic needs and industry trends.
- Diploma or Degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
- Certification in training/coaching (e.g., Train the Trainer) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and clinic operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 3–5 years in beauty/aesthetic clinics, with at least 2 years in training, supervisory, or managerial roles.
