Job description

Responsibilities

Region S&OE plan management including S&OE accuracy, distant training online and business trip training/support for new workers;

Master inventory system and able to analyze inventory data, communicate with planners of different countries to locate problems and formulate countermeasures;

Understand basic product knowledge and manage special product demand & supply balance; communicate with sales department and headquarter supply chain to guarantee supply safety of special product.

Knowledge summarization and transfer knowledge to others, be a skilled worker first and then a professional teacher on own fields.

Project management of demand & supply balance on top projects, get data by meetings or analysis and summarize key information for management team.

Candidate Requirements

• To be flexible when confronting challenges.
• Have strong logic and data analysis skills, better to have skill/experience on PowerPoint; have strong will to present ideas;
• Able to adapt to challenges and pressure; Able to learn and finish job independently
• Have experience on skill of IT tools like Power BI, able to learn and develop tools according to design.
• Open minded, Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills in multi-culture organizations.
• Good comprehension capability, not just follow schedule but also think and formulate strategy independently,
• Preferable students Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline.
