Job summary
A leading engineering and construction company in Kuala Lumpur offers a Protégé Program for fresh graduates aiming to gain hands-on experience. Participants will receive mentorship from industry professionals and improve their technical and soft skills. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and have 0–2 years of work experience. The program includes a monthly allowance of RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 and various employment benefits such as EPF and medical leave.
