Job summary

A leading manufacturing group in Klang City is seeking candidates for roles that involve assisting overseas customers, especially in industrial safety products. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree, and strong communication skills in Mandarin are preferred, as the candidates will interact with Mandarin-speaking customers. Familiarity with trading firms is a plus, and the position may require travel to Europe and the US for various projects. Successful candidates will join dynamic teams for daily online meetings and projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in spoken Mandarin (Putonghua) preferred.
• Previous experience in trading firms or foreign capital liaison office is a plus.
• 2 years of working experience preferred but not a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lining up potential overseas customers.
• Be involved in new (industrial safety) products/samples development.
• Communicate with overseas customers in English by email.
• Work with the ES and PM teams in China on sales and production.
• Take part in daily online work meetings.
