Job description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-registered main contractor primarily involved in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Six Working Days)

Job Description:
  • Conduct regular defect inspections for completed and handed-over units.
  • Record, track, and update defect lists using defect management systems or manual records.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely rectification of defects according to agreed timelines.
  • Verify that all rectification works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Monitor site activities during defect rectification to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare defect rectification reports and progress updates for management.
  • Follow up and close out defects within the agreed defect liability period (DLP).
  • Perform other tasks related to defect management as assigned by the Project Manager or immediate superior.
