A local bakery is looking for staff to provide excellent customer service, recommend products, and maintain store cleanliness in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Candidates must have at least SPM or equivalent and relevant work experience. Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English, or Mandarin is required. This position involves flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, ensuring a dynamic work environment.
Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Process customer payments and ensure accurate change is given.
Keep up to date with product information.
Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
