Job summary
A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to develop and implement HSE programs and processes. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years in HSE roles, particularly in industrial or oil & gas environments. Responsibilities include incident investigations, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership in driving safety initiatives and promoting awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in HSE roles within industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments.
- Experienced in conducting HSE audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE processes and procedures are applied consistently.
- Lead investigations for significant HSE incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain HSE procedures and emergency response plans.
- Promote incident reduction initiatives and support audits.
