Key Job Scopes for CSA Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

Lead and manage overall Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities from pre-construction to commissioning.

Coordinate with PMC, consultants, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on design, schedule, and technical requirements.

Monitor and drive project schedule, including preparing 2-week lookahead plans and identifying critical paths to prevent delays.

Review and validate design drawings, IFC documents, method statements, and shop drawings, ensuring constructability and compliance.

Oversee site execution, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications and standards.

Manage site inspections, quality assurance, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and close-out of corrective actions.

Lead coordination meetings and interface discussions for CSA packages, ensuring smooth integration with MEP and commissioning activities.

Track material deliveries, monitor inventory, and ensure timely availability of CSA materials and equipment.

Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management, highlighting risks, issues, and proposed mitigation plans.

Support testing & commissioning, handover documentation, and final project close-out for CSA-related works.
