We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Manager to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' in Bandar Putra Kulai Johor. As a full-time Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our farm, ensuring efficient and sustainable production to meet the company's goals.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective farming strategies and processes to maximise productivity
• Overseeing the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops, as well as the care and management of livestock
• Maintaining detailed records of farm activities, production, and financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and safety standards
• Supervising and training farm workers to optimise their performance and productivity
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the farm
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, innovation, and cost‑savings

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Farm Manager or in a similar agricultural leadership role
