A multinational electrical and electronics company is seeking an experienced SMT Engineer in Negeri Sembilan. The role involves evaluating, implementing, and monitoring SMT processes and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in electronic manufacturing and be proficient in working with various SMT tools and processes. This position offers competitive benefits including allowances and free meals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Working experience with RoHS and no clean processes.
  • Working knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD001 workmanship criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, implement, and monitor processes and operating systems for the SMT department.
  • Support SMT equipment: AOI, SPI, Xray, Wave solder machine.
  • Create soldering profiles for SMT reflow and wave solder equipment.

Skills

Analysis on SMT equipment and process issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
