A leading manufacturing and logistics company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a skilled team. Handle customer issues, complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery
Support strategic initiatives and business growth plans
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or management roles
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software
Experience in automotive, motorsport, or related industry is a plus
