Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies and procedures to optimize space utilization, workflow, and overall warehouse efficiency, aligning with the company's supply chain objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, utilizing inventory management software, to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
• Analyze warehouse data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and storage costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to restaurants, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse, promoting a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
