Job summary
A leading medical device manufacturer in Penang is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the production team, ensuring efficient and quality production processes while maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience in CNC machining and a strong background in the medical device industry. This position requires leadership skills, the ability to drive continuous improvements, and the capacity to mentor and develop associates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in machining and manufacturing.
- Experience in CNC machining and medical device industry preferred.
- Ability to train, guide, and coach subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production team focusing on performance management and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and quality compliance.
- Ensure production objectives are met efficiently at the lowest cost.
