  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Manage vendor contracts, renewals and terminations.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor operations.
  • Support internal stakeholders in resolving vendor‑related issues.
  • Drive initiatives to optimise vendor processes and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and innovations in vendor management.
