The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing part references, preparing quotations, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process from inquiry to final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Part Reference Management & Systemisation
  • Maintain, organise, and update the internal part reference database.
  • Coordinate to verify compatibility and specifications.
Order Coordination & Internal Communication
  • Process confirmed orders and liaise with the production team.
  • Coordinate with the quality control team for any product-specific requirements.
Shipment Arrangement & Logistics
  • Communicate with the shipping department to prepare booking requests and shipping documents.
  • Liaise with external freight agents to arrange schedules, rates, and dispatch timelines.
  • Track shipment progress, update customers, and ensure smooth delivery until arrival.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, production status, and shipment logs.
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, planning, and coordination tasks where needed.
Requirements & Skills
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, agile, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
