We are expanding our Design & Development Department and looking for an experienced leader to drive innovation and deliver high‑quality engineering solutions.
- Lead and manage the Design & Development (D&D) team, including Design Engineers, R&D Engineers, and Draughtsman.
- Oversee design concepts, technical drawings, engineering calculations, and product development activities.
- Analyse customer requirements and translate them into practical design and engineering solutions.
- Conduct research on new product trends, materials, and technologies for continuous improvement.
- Review and approve cost estimates, technical proposals, and design feasibility studies.
- Troubleshoot design or product failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Sales & Marketing, QA/QC, and other departments to ensure project success.
- Conduct customer site visits for design verification, installation, and feasibility assessment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years experience in design, product development, or machinery engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong background in metal fabrication, machine design, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, ZW3DCAD, etc.).
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
