• Manage daily orders from e-commerce platforms, including documentation and quality control.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders received from all e-commerce platforms including documentations, QC of product, packing into courier parcels, updating into e-commerce systems to meet timeline.
• Prepare Ordering plans and order from wholesale departments to replenish for inventory.
• Prepare ordering of packaging materials for online shops.
• Communicate with courier services partners when required.
• Manage well stock-keeping daily and stock-take quarterly or as per SOP standard.
• Prepare price calculation and submit to Commerce team for checking before uploading into system.
• Ensure the inventory level, pricing, product info is accurate and updated promptly when gold price changes.
• Prepare online shops products for photo shoot.
• Participate in e-commerce partners meetings and trainings. Communicate with e-commerce platforms Key Account Managers to get latest updates.
• Export the sales report from e-commerce portal, match the receipt number with order number from master file.
• Manage product returns and customer feedback & complaint of e-commerce platforms.
• Manage customer inquiries from e-commerce platforms promptly together with customer service team.
• Participate in preparation and upload of products information and product photos for online shops.
• Participate to create promotion campaign for Online Shop events such as 11.11 etc.
• Manage the invoices and quotations of marketing department and data entry into expenses file and check payment dates when inquired.
• Assist in campaign administrative work such as prize packing, premium gifts stock take and preparation, documentation preparation.
• Participate in assisting FB Live Commerce and manage direct orders through FB Live.
• Progressively delegate and coach new admin personnel.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field.
• At least 1 year in e-Commerce or similar role.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer and social media literacy; Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Presentable; Good Business Sense, Communications, coordination & problem solving skills;
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
• Team-working, self-motivated, work well under minimal supervision and independently
• Proactive, creative and innovative
