About the role

We are seeking an experienced real estate sales & marketing professional to join our dynamic team at GLOBAL LINK PLUS PROPERTIES SDN BHD under GLP ALEX PAN. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our diverse property portfolio in the Seremban, Negeri Sembilan region. What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our property listings
2. Generating leads and nurturing relationships with potential buyers and investors
3. Conducting property viewings and negotiations to secure sales
4. Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers
5. Staying up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and industry best practices
6. Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in real estate sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
2. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets
5. Proficient in using real estate software and digital marketing tools
6. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
7. Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
