We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Database Admin to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is resourceful, analytical, and eager to contribute to high-quality research outputs. If you have a knack for digging into databases and presenting clear, concise findings, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research using a variety of open sources and proprietary databases (e.g., Internet, in-house systems, media databases).
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate research information to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare and present logical, concise reports summarizing findings for projects and cases assigned.
  • Perform qualitative background research on companies, individuals, and their associates as per established protocols.
  • Identify risks, discrepancies, and key insights of interest to clients.
  • Support due diligence processes for purposes such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, and third-party management.
  • Ensure research work is completed on time and meets high-quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Embrace changes and tackle challenges with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
Requirements
