Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in planning and controlling development activities.
  • Liaise with consultants on project planning.
  • Prepare correspondence for authority submissions.
  • Review Design Drawings to ensure correct interpretation.
  • Update the team on work schedule progress.

Senior Executive, Project Management (Property)
Responsibilities
  1. To assist the Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling development activities and authority’s liaison for development projects.
  2. Liaise with consultants on project planning and development related matters and follow up on Authority submission progress and approval obtained in a timely manner.
  3. To prepare correspondence for authority submission/ contractors and relevant parties and keep proper tracking on approval letters.
  4. Review Design Drawings, Submission Drawings, Tender Drawings, and Construction Drawings to ensure designs are correctly interpreted based on design intent.
  5. Periodically update the team on work schedule progress including billing and construction cashflow, for presentation to the Management.
  6. Compile and submit weekly progress report.
  7. Any other assignments instructed by Superiors or the Management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property development with exposure dealing with authorities.
  3. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
  4. Well-versed in architectural, civil, structural, landscape, mechanical and electrical works.
  5. Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
  6. Self‑motivated person and able to work independently.
  7. Time, cost, quality, and safety conscious.
  8. Good computer application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  9. Knowledge of legal and other requirements, and good environmental practices.
