Descripción de la vacante
A property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a finance professional to assist in managing accounts and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities include handling payables, completing bank reconciliations, preparing audit schedules, and monitoring cash flow. Relevant experience in the property development industry is a strong advantage. Join us to ensure compliance and efficient financial management within the Group.
Formación
- Relevant experience in the property development industry will be a strong advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Assist/handle the closing of management account and financial statement.
- Prepare management and financial reports in compliance with management requirements.
- Execute payables functions including verification of invoices and claims.
- Complete bank reconciliation and aging for payables and receivables.
- Prepare audit schedule, tax computations, and estimations.
- Assist in drafting audit report and reviewing yearly tax computations.
- Monitor funds for efficient cash flow within the Group.
- Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, and related authorities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
