Role

Armani Development Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Managing Director. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur office. As the Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the Group MD's day-to-day activities and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Managing Director (MD).
  • Manage and coordinate the Group MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the Group MD and internal departments, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
  • Support financial-related matters such as basic financial reporting, expense tracking, and document preparation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group MD.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Finance background preferred, preferably with experience in the construction or property development industry.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Able to work independently, proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
