A leading property development company based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to seek and manage land deal opportunities. This role requires a degree in real estate management or a related field and a minimum of 8 years in the property development industry, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity. Applicants should possess strong analytical and business skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders. The position also involves conducting market analysis and preparing proposals for Management approval.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in property development industry, with 5 years in a similar role.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Seek potential land deal opportunities maintaining good networking with agents and landowners.
• Review and conduct market and feasibility studies on land proposals.
• Liaise with external valuers to conduct land valuation on new acquisitions.
• Prepare and present new land proposals for Management approval.
