Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property development and dealing with authorities.
• Knowledge of legal and environmental practices.
• Well-versed in architectural, civil, landscape, mechanical, and electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in planning and controlling development activities.
• Liaise with consultants and track authority submission progress.
• Review design drawings to ensure correct interpretation.
• Update the team on work schedule and cashflow progress.
• Compile and submit weekly progress reports.
