Job summary

A leading property development company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a candidate to support the formulation of new product offerings and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring competitors, preparing pricing papers, compiling product information for submissions, and ensuring timely launches. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Estate Management and has a minimum of 2 years in property development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor’s activities for market driven products and pricing.
• Prepare pricing paper and presentation for product launches.
• Compile final details for new products and prepare A&P materials.
• Prepare Sales Validated Data for relevant departments.
• Assist Marketing Manager in Product Brief and Design Review Meeting.
• Monitor readiness of the product to be launched.
• Ensure all launches and marketing campaigns are timely executed.
• Review carpark allocation for High Rise development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Estate Management or equivalent related work experience

Job description

Job Purpose

Support for formulating new product offerings-consumer perspective, product brief, competitive pricing and achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales target for townships within Sime Darby Property Berhad.

Job Responsibilities

• To monitor competitor’s activities & launches for reference in determining market driven products & pricing.
• Preparation of pricing paper and slide presentation for various products for launch to be tabled in DRM/Devco.
• Compiling all final details for new products for AP Submission and product information to A&P and Sales Admin for the preparation of A&P materials and SPA respectively.
• Prepare Sales Validated Data (SVD) for approval and then forward it to relevant department for reference and Sales Unit to create phase setup in the system and briefing to panel solicitor & bankers.
• Work closely with Marketing Manager in preparation of Product Brief and Design Review Meeting.
• To assist the Marketing & Sales team and to monitor the readiness of the product to be launched.
• Work cohesively to ensure that all launches and marketing campaigns are carried out within the stipulated time frame.
• To review carpark allocation for High Rise development.

Education/Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Estate Management or equivalent related work experience.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in property development
