Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns to increase footfall, boost tenant sales, and enhance overall brand visibility.
Drive and manage all A&P initiatives in alignment with corporate goals, seasonal trends, and current market demands.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with tenants, media agencies, creative vendors, and event organizers to ensure impactful collaborations and successful campaign outcomes.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the A&P team to ensure a high standard of performance, creativity, and execution.
Oversee the mall’s marketing efforts, including content creation, social media strategy, website management, and digital advertising to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Conceptualize and manage on-ground events, festive activations, and thematic campaigns to enhance the customer journey and shopping experience.
Analyze campaign performance through post-event reporting, data insights, footfall/sales tracking, and ROI analysis to inform and optimize future strategies.
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Manage the A&P budget, including cost control, PR/PO processing, vendor payments, and tracking expenditures.
Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and gather consumer insights to support strategic marketing decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or event management, preferably in a retail, shopping mall, or fast-paced consumer environment (e.g., premium fashion, lifestyle retail, or F&B).
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Adobe Suite).
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during event executions.
