A local construction company in Puchong seeks a detail-oriented sales administrator to manage documentation related to property sales. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and familiarity with Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documents. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, while knowledge of the IFCA Property Plus system is a plus. This position requires someone proactive in identifying issues within accounts and maintaining accurate documentation at all times.
Prepare and verify all sales administration documents promptly.
Monitor and follow up on Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) documentation and loan documentation to facilitate timely loan release.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to problematic debtor accounts.
Ensure documentation tracking reports are accurate and up to date at all times.
Perform any other duties as assigned when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in property sales administration.
Familiar with the workflow of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage, as the role requires liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of the IFCA Property Plus developer system is an added advantage.
