Job summary
A leading engineering firm is seeking a Commissioning Engineer (CXA) for an electrical role in Johor, Malaysia. The position involves leading commissioning activities for hyperscale datacenter projects, including FAT, SAT, and ensuring compliance with critical standards. Candidates should possess at least 6 months of experience in electrical commissioning within datacenter environments, with familiarity in mission-critical redundancy and failover logic. This is a contract position expected to last approximately 27 months.
Qualifications

- Witness FAT/SAT, manage IST, and validate sequence of operations.
- Maintain commissioning logs and turnover documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and project engineers for integrated testing.
- Min. 6 months datacenter project experience in electrical commissioning.
- Familiarity with mission‑critical redundancy and failover logic.
- EPMS/BMS integration experience; vendor/OEM interface exposure.
