Responsibilities

• Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues and manage interface between civil, electrical, and mechanical works.

Job description

This role plays a critical part across construction planning, site coordination and post-COD asset oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and continue to perform as expected over their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities for utility-scale solar PV plants
• Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues and manage interface between civil, electrical, and mechanical works
• Develop and manage project schedules, construction sequences and milestones
• Plan site logistics including material delivery, storage and installation sequencing
• Track progress against schedule and identify risks or delays early
• Prepare regular site progress reports, look-ahead schedules and risk updates
