Job description

The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth across Southeast Asia (SEA). Supply chain members or end customer markets could be located in Europe or other region. This is a full-time role based remotely in Singapore or Malaysia, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. We are seeking a self-motivated, high-performing individual with deep experience in both B2B sales and the display and touchscreen industry.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Proactively cultivate strategic partnerships with key customers to drive new business opportunities.

Align NVD’s resources and solutions with customers’ product roadmaps and growth strategies.

Define and prioritize business opportunities based on evolving market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.

Lead business development initiatives to expand NVD’s presence and market penetration across Southeast Asia (SEA).

Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.

Support senior management through regular, proactive communication and reporting.

Meet or exceed revenue and lead‑generation targets while maintaining a strong, qualified sales funnel.

Job Requirement

9years+ of experience in display and touchscreen technologies.

5years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.

Engineering experience in key market segments such as medical, automotive, industrial, or consumer applications.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Willingness to travel frequently within SEA and occasionally internationally.
