The Credit Operation Executive plans and implements all aspects of document management, customer service, and collection management. The position acts as a strategic business partner in managing post-loan related matters. This role also involves reviewing PDC statements and credit reporting, and making flexible adjustments to collection policies.

Collection Department Head

Credit Operation Team Members

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate agreements for all approved applications.
2. Prepare Letters of Undertaking to dealers.
3. Perform independent checks on all documentation and agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approval terms, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
4. Apply E-hakmilik in FIS (Financial Information System).
5. Send activated agreements for stamping (LHDN) and post agreements to hirers.
6. Discharge E-ownership when agreements mature or are fully paid.
7. Handle general filing and administrative work.
8. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Three (3) or more years of analytical experience in a similar industry or in CNC Machinery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with risk management software.
• Proven experience as a credit operation/loan management senior executive.
• Familiarity with computers and Hire Purchase/Leasing/Loan application software.
• Solid understanding of hire purchase, leasing, and related products and practices.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and good time management skills.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or an equivalent field.
