What will you do:

• To execute assigned operational tasks with accuracy and within turnaround time.
• To identify issues, escalate deviations from SOPs, and suggest improvements.
• To work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
• To maintain proper documentation of workflows, updates, and process changes.
• To assist in the execution of any process improvement projects whenever necessary.

What are we looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking.
• Experience in hire purchase and/or automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset.

You will shine if you have:

• Experience leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Detailed oriented and familiar with SC guidelines and/or SME Financing
• Available on an immediate basis.
