Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies for TikTok content, TikTok Shop, and livestream operations to maximize reach and sales.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage TikTok livestream sessions, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with company talents to enhance brand exposure.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop listings, promotions, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve TikTok content and livestream strategies.
  • Stay updated with TikToks latest trends, algorithms, and policiesto maximize platform effectiveness.
  • Build and manage the brands Intellectual Property (IP) through content creation and storytelling.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations
  • Experience in TikTok and live selling operations is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Ability to analyse product performance and conduct P&L evaluations to ensure profitability.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for business growth.
  • Proactive, with the ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information

  • Working hours: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:30PM
  • 12 days annual leave allocation
