We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in German to manage vendor accounts and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Process and verify invoices and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders in German and English.
• Prepare and assist with monthly reports and account reconciliations.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation when required.

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist - German Speaker should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles.
• German language proficiency at DELF B2 level or equivalent (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools is an advantage.
