Job summary

A regional manufacturing company in Johor, Iskandar Puteri, is seeking production line workers. The role requires adherence to operational standards and excellence in operational tasks like handling CNC machines and injection molding. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with preferences for those fluent in Mandarin and English. Shift work is mandatory, and a focus on reducing defects is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above is required.
• Those who can operate CNC lathes, CNC automatic machining centers and injection moulding machines are preferred.
• Previous experience in injection molding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and the operation instructions.
• Achieve daily shift output according to SOPs.
• Reduce defects and material waste.
• Report production problems to the team leader.
• Maintain production line tools and fixtures.
• Responsible for cleaning the production line.
• Operate equipment safely and normally.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Work strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and the operation instructions.
2. Achieve the daily shift output in accordance with the "Standard Operating Procedures" / "Capacity Comparison Chart".
3. Reduce the occurrence of defects and waste of materials.
4. Report any problems that occur during the production process to the team leader in a timely manner.
5. Maintain the production line's tools, fixtures and 5S, etc.
6. Be responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the production line.
7. Operate in compliance with the "Equipment Operation Procedures" to ensure the normal operation of equipment and safe production.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification

1. High school diploma or above is required.
2. Those who can operate CNC lathes, CNC automatic machining centers and injection moulding machine are preferred.
3. Be able to accept 12-hour workdays and work in two shifts, day and night.
4. The working languages are English and standard Malay.
5. Previous experience in injection molding is preferred.
6. Those who are fluent in Mandarin as the working language are preferred.
