  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.
  • Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Support Head Chef / Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
