We are seeking a committed florist to join our growing business.

Requirement
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
  • Customer-oriented, patient, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets, social media platforms).
  • Experience in customer service or marketing-related roles is an advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Able to work 6 days per week / PH / festive season (OT/allowance).
Responsibility
  • Assist in daily customer service operations, including receiving orders and processing orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and follow up on customer complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Support basic marketing activities, including replying to social media messages and assisting with promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, and feedback.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
