An innovative technology brand is seeking a passionate Retail Promoter in Johor Bahru to engage customers and showcase their exciting kids’ technology products. This role involves demonstrating product features, supporting sales goals, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Candidates should love working with kids, possess a warm personality, and have good communication skills in English and Malay. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

As a Retail Promoter, you will be the face of our brand in stores, events, and roadshows — demonstrating our latest products, creating excitement among customers, and ensuring everyone who visits leaves with a memorable experience. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to bring our vision to life and help more families discover the fun side of technology!

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to introduce myFirst products (camera, smartwatch, tablet, etc.).
• Demonstrate product features and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Support sales achievement and conversion goals.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about all products.
• Assist in product demos and events organized by the store or mall.
• Keep display areas tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
• Report stock shortages or product issues to Store Manager promptly.

Customer Care

• Ensure a friendly, positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Support after-sales inquiries and basic troubleshooting (training provided).

Requirements

• A kids lover with a warm personality and genuine interest in children’s learning and technology.
• Passionate about kids, gadgets, and technology.
• Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
• Willing to work retail hours and public holidays.

Working hour - Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM
