A leading talent solutions firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Expeditor to monitor procurement processes in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and ensuring compliance with logistics standards. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualificações
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in procurement within upstream oil and gas companies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Expeditor.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare expediting status reports for project management.
- Support continuous improvement in procurement efficiency.

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics teams to track shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
- Review vendor production schedules and progress reports to identify and mitigate potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and logistics requirements, including documentation and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm receipt and proper handling of materials.
- Prepare expediting status reports and updates for project management.
- Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in procurement within upstream oil and gas companies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Expeditor.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems.
